34.ª Jobshop

We are 34.ª Jobshop, a self-employed organization operating in the staffing and recruiting industry. We are headquartered in Lisbon, Portugal.

Our purpose is to bring together the best national and international companies with the student community of Instituto Superior Técnico through direct contact between these entities. Our audience includes around 2,000 finalists, soon-to-be engineers, mathematicians, and architects.

During the event, we provide spaces including a Company Space where companies have stands and can engage with participants; a Technology Space focused on connecting students with the most innovative technological products from participating companies; an AEIST Space that serves as information and support for all participants; a Lounge Space designed as a relaxed area to strengthen connections with the companies; a Pitch Room where companies hear and evaluate two-minute pitches from each participating student and can pre-select candidates for recruitment, or establish initial contact to help students develop soft skills and become familiar with the selection process; Talks to promote curiosity about various professional areas, including continued study through research; and a final Networking session to foster informal conversations and establish personal connections between students and company representatives.

We operate in Portugal and engage with the student community at Instituto Superior Técnico.
