We are 4B For Beyond, a privately held organization operating in the human resources industry. We were founded in 2008 and are headquartered in Bogotá, Colombia.

We help organizations grow sustainably by aligning their human capital with their business objectives. We develop technology solutions specialized in talent management, competency assessment, and data-driven strategic decision making. Our main platform, the Performance Platform, is designed for HR professionals who seek to: make objective decisions about promotions, hires, or terminations; automate recruitment, evaluation and development without losing the human element; identify leadership, motivation, or engagement gaps before they impact results; empower internal talent and form high-performing teams aligned with the business; elevate the HR function as a key actor in organizational strategy.

We deliver solutions through a combination of technology and services. The platform includes modules such as Performance, Sales, Potential and GPA (Action Plan Management) that enable managing processes end-to-end—from selection to development and career planning. We also offer benefits such as personalized parameterization, training of the internal team, and strategic guidance.

Our specialties include career guidance and talent selection. In addition, with Te Orienta, we accompany young people and students to discover their vocation and enhance their soft skills, providing educational institutions with a modern, didactic, and useful tool for improving vocational decision-making.
