We are a privately held recruitment company operating in the staffing and human resources industry. We were founded in 2016 and are headquartered in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

We operate as an international recruitment consultancy across the Middle East, Europe, Africa, Asia Pacific and The Americas. We operate eight specialist divisions, each led by an industry expert.

We deliver our services through eight specialist divisions: Consumer, Energy, Maritime, Medical, Hospitality, Technology, Space, and HR. The Consumer division focuses on appointments within FMCG, Retail and Food Ingredients organisations. The Energy division predominantly focuses on mid-senior level appointments primarily within Oilfield Services, but also assisting Operators, EPC companies, Drilling Contractors, Chemical companies, renewables and OEM providers. The Maritime division specialises in partnering with companies within Ship Management, Ship Owning, Ship Building and Ports, Terminals & Dry Docks. The mandates we focus on cover technical, operational, commercial and financial hires. The Medical division covers Life Sciences and Healthcare in which we assist Pharma, Biotech, IT Healthcare and Medical Devices companies with complex hires. The Hospitality division helps organisations attract and retain talent across the sector, including international hotel chains, national and regional operators, as well as private hotel owners and real estate investment firms. The Technology division focuses on supporting IT development, delivery and operations for our partner customers across EMEA and APAC. We provide specialist insights and a blended talent delivery model across Data Centre Operations, Data Analytics, Hyperconverged Infrastructure and SaaS. The Space division partners with high-growth companies in the Space industry to attract and retain talent, with a focus on highly technical and complex roles as the sector commercialises and becomes increasingly more sustainable. The HR division is a functional specialist division focusing solely on HR appointments across all industry sectors.
