We are Absolvent Group, a privately held organization operating in the human resources industry. We were founded in 2011 and are headquartered in Warsaw, Poland.

We were founded to connect young talent in the job market with the right employers. We focus on recruitment of 20–35 year olds. We recognise that success in recruitment relies on a combination of online and offline tools. With these, we maximise recruitment effectiveness while supporting your employer branding activities.

We solve our clients' challenges with Talent Days, a job and internship fair in Poland and a recruitment platform for students, graduates and young professionals. We work with clients from the IT, consulting, logistics, FMCG, finance, industry and manufacturing sectors and many others. Through our solutions, we reach thousands of candidates looking for work and internships. We offer Absolvent Consulting, a consulting service creating personalised employer branding solutions, increasing a company's attractiveness in the labour market and optimising costs related to employee recruitment and retention. Code Europe is a Tech Festival that invites notable figures in technology and attracts mid- and senior-level IT talent seeking knowledge and networking opportunities. We are made up of professionals who value working on challenging projects that support professional development.
