Acertis Consultores

Acertis Consultores is a self-owned organization operating in the Human Resources industry. We were founded in 2013 and are headquartered in San Borja, Lima, Peru.

We were established to accompany professionals and organizations. Our work in organizations centers on analysis, diagnosis, planning, evaluation and development of human resources strategies within organizations that support qualitative and quantitative development of the company's objectives.

We provide talent attraction processes such as recruitment and selection, services of evaluation by competencies, and comprehensive verifications related to employees and/or applicants to be part of the company (workplace verifications, personal, academic, financial and domiciliary verifications).

We promote the professional's self-management through their development, by reviewing their competencies, talents, skills and qualities that make them unique, and empower their own resources to become a solid, highly competent, and attractive professional. Our specialties include leadership and coaching.
