We are Ad Laborem, a privately held staffing and recruiting company operating in the staffing and human resources industry. We are headquartered in Sint-Lievens-Houtem, Belgium.

We assist organisations in meeting their talent and executive needs on a national and international level. We are a generalist or multi-specialist executive search company able to handle assignments in all markets. We service both large organisations and family businesses on a national and international level.

Ad Laborem only works for a limited number of clients in each industry sector to avoid conflicts of interest, which can impact the quality of search work. We therefore strive to build long-term partnerships with our clients. Together we have more than twenty-five years experience in Executive Search. This broad experience gives us a unique knowledge of the candidate market and allows us to better understand the needs of our customers.

Every partner has at least eighteen years experience in line management and director functions, covering HR Management, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Sales and Marketing Management and General Management.
