Adeei - Inclusión Laboral

Adeei - Inclusión Laboral: we are a nonprofit organization operating in the staffing and recruiting industry. We were founded in 2004 and are headquartered in Buenos Aires, Argentina.

From the labor area, we promote the socio-labor inclusion of people with disabilities by offering supports in the stages of evaluation, orientation, training and inclusion. We work for equality of opportunities, in networks and in an articulated manner with the work environment, family and community to generate real conditions of inclusion and employability. We base our approach on international guidelines of GLARP - ILO, the Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities and the Social Model of Disability, from the paradigm of supports and a rights-based approach.

We deliver our services with a clear process: for the person with a disability, we provide labor training aimed at promoting employability through the acquisition and development of skills, habits and competencies. For the company, we provide supports and reasonable adjustments for the worker included and their social environment in order to achieve successful labor inclusion.

Our specialties include labor training for people with disabilities, job placement, on-the-job follow-up, socialization, disability and people with disabilities, job readiness, and labor inclusion for people with disabilities.

We operate in Argentina.
