ADN Selection, we are a privately held company operating in the human resources industry. We were founded in 2014 and are headquartered in Lima, Peru.

We specialize in recruitment and selection of talent, with the fundamental objective of being strategic partners to our clients in their growth and organizational expansion.

By being generalists, we have broad knowledge of the Peruvian and international labor markets, which allows us to have a broad and comprehensive view of how the market operates and the evolving dynamics of organizations that are increasingly complex and difficult to analyze.
