We are Agrocareer.com, a public company operating in the staffing and recruiting industry. We were founded in 2009. We are the first recruitment web-portal in Ukraine designed to help local agribusinesses search a wide range of professionals from around the world.

Our goal is to assist agricultural and food-processing businesses in achieving a better return on their human resource investments by searching, screening, and interviewing the right individuals for their operations. We operate as an independent body responsible to our clients and offer a broad scope of services.

We deliver recruiting and headhunting services for employers and provide round-the-clock support for candidates at different levels. We provide analytical information including analytical papers, professional market reports and publications, consulting services, and market research. We operate in the Ukrainian job market to connect qualified non-Ukrainian candidates with opportunities offered by local agricultural holdings and other employers in Ukraine.
