We are Agros, a Public Company operating in the Human Resources industry. We were founded in 2001 and are headquartered in Alkmaar, Netherlands.

Mediating and guiding people into work is tailored work. We understand what is needed to find the right person for the right place, and vice versa. We make a difference by listening carefully to candidates, with personal attention and a dedicated contact person. We know many employers in this region. Various municipalities and the UWV in Noord-Holland already work with us.

Job coaching is an important part of our services. It provides people with support to stay at work with confidence. For example, employees with a distance to the labor market or young people with little work experience. We also use it in reintegration after illness or an accident. Our specialties include reintegration of ex-prisoners; staffing and employment services (including for foreign workers); mediation and guidance for Social Return on Investment (SROI); job coaching; and reintegration of workers with disabilities.

We operate in the Netherlands, with offices in Alkmaar, Hoorn, Purmerend, Schagen, and Haarlem.
