We aim to help young people develop personally and professionally through practical and intercultural experiences. We offer partnerships that enable companies to attract international young talent to Germany, facilitate internships in host organisations, and provide opportunities for intercultural exchange.

We are the German entity of the internationally active and entirely youth-led organisation, and we operate with a practical, placement-focused approach. We connect with partner organisations, coordinate internships abroad, and manage the placement and organisation of interns to support effective outcomes.
