We are AKARA Consultancy Firm, a privately held staffing and recruitment company operating in the staffing and human resources industry. We were founded in 2022 and are headquartered in Beirut, Lebanon.

Regarding recruitment, we cover parts of Europe, Africa, the Middle East and GCC. We guarantee both employers' and candidates' satisfaction. We create customized success profiles to help you find and evaluate talents at all employment levels, from junior to executive, and we guide you through the recruitment process, from finding the right talent to reporting their performance. We deliver our services by providing recruitment and advisory support focused on two business models: Hospitality and E-commerce. In Hospitality, we assist you to start or expand your small or medium size business by providing staff recruitment, training, bar menu building, stock and inventory control, automation, theft control, basic food safety, SOPs, operating sheets, and management. In E-commerce, we assist you in automating the process, staff recruitment, discrepancy elimination, fast and adequate delivery, warehousing, merchandising, cross docking management, inventory control, departments coordination, etc.
