Alba Solidarietà Sociale, we are a privately held organization operating in the Human Resources industry. We were founded in 1989 and are headquartered in Padova, Italy.

We were founded in Padova in 1989 to respond to the needs of the community, with a focus on the care of the elderly, the disabled, and the ill. Our statute provides that we operate not for profit but in a mutual capacity and we pursue the general interest of the community through the promotion of human development and social integration. We conduct socio-health and educational services, and the cooperative is guided by the principles of the cooperative movement such as mutuality, solidarity, democracy, commitment, balance of responsibilities among roles, community spirit, ties to the territory, and a constructive relationship with the state and public institutions. In delivering our activities we rely on the participation of our members and, through associative management, aim to secure the best employment conditions for them, developing a mutualistic and solidaristic ethos. We collaborate with other cooperative bodies and consortia across Italy and are affiliated with Confcooperative (Federsolidarietà). The main sectors in which we operate include the management of socio-health and nursing services in hospitals, nursing homes, and public or privately accredited facilities (outsourcing the management of nursing staff, socio-healthcare operators, nursing coordinators, and auxiliary staff within hospital departments); and the programming of ongoing training courses for nurses and care workers.

To deliver our services, we operate through associative management and a cooperative ethos, prioritizing the welfare of those we employ and fostering a mutual and solidaristic approach. Our work is conducted with attention to the territory and to our relationships with public institutions, guided by the cooperative principles that shape our activities.
