AliRa Recruitment, we are a privately held staffing and recruitment company operating in the agribusiness and agri-food sector in Romania. We were founded in 2016 and we are headquartered in Bucharest, Romania.

We were born in 2016 from the desire to offer services adapted to the specifics of the agribusiness industry by finding the most suitable candidates for each position and organization in particular, so that they contribute to the development of companies and the achievement of their business objectives. For over 8 years, we have been conducting recruitment projects for important local and multinational companies in the segments of production and distribution of agricultural inputs, grain trading, vegetable production, certification, precision agriculture, irrigation, agricultural machinery and spare parts, lending. For our clients, we recruit positions of agronomist specialists, back-office, middle and top management positions, in departments such as sales, technical, research, seed production, financial, logistics, customer service, administrative.
