ANADOLU Yetenek Akademisi (AYA)

ANADOLU Yetenek Akademisi (AYA) is a nonprofit organization operating in the staffing and recruiting industry. We were founded in 2022 and are headquartered in Ankara, Turkey.

We were started in 2021 as a social responsibility project with the aim of increasing our country’s production and workforce and creating employment for new graduates so they can join the workforce promptly. Today we provide selection and placement services for technology-focused firms, encompassing candidates from engineering roles to senior management positions.

We deliver our services through screening and placement processes for technology firms, from engineering candidates to senior management. In addition to recruitment, we provide sector-focused training and soft skills development, including communication skills, time management, empathy, problem solving, teamwork, taking responsibility, and leadership skills, along with HR consulting services tailored to specific sectors.

Our specialties include recruitment and consulting, social responsibility, technical and vocational training, new graduate employment, mentorship, university collaboration, training seminars, right candidate right job matching, and career counseling.

We operate in Turkey.
