AnchorTrainings is a self-employed organization operating in the Human Resources industry. We were founded in 2020 and are headquartered in Belgrade, Serbia.

Our mission is to provide people with the freedom to do what they want and, through enjoyment and learning, help them reach their maximum potential, with the support of various trainings at professional and personal levels. We support people's perseverance on the path to success and self-discovery. We aim to work with companies and employees to offer a unique approach, through trainings, workshops and coaching, to obtain the knowledge and skills needed to find perseverance in achieving goals and to deliver the best possible results for the growth of the company.

We deliver our services through trainings, workshops and coaching, taking a collaborative approach with firms and companies that deal with personal and professional development to support changes and to help individuals and organizations overcome difficulties with a view toward the future.
