ANTENA | Ingeniería en Recursos Humanos is a partnership operating in the Human Resources industry. We were founded in 2021 and are headquartered in Rosario, Argentina.

We are a Rosario-based HR consultancy specializing in the search and selection of personnel for any area of specialization. We have more than 20 years of experience in Human Resources and 10 years recruiting people in Rosario and the region.

We are passionate about recruiting, delivering quick and effective results in every assignment we undertake, and we achieve this by quickly understanding the employer's needs for each vacancy and by investing the time necessary to understand the needs and motivations of potential candidates. We launched MIEMPLEO in August 2023, a job portal focused exclusively on Rosario and the Region, where recruiters can post their searches and candidates can register and upload their CV and profile quickly and at no cost.

Our services cover the search and selection of personnel for various areas of specialization. We maintain an extensive database of candidates in Rosario and the surrounding area, as well as a substantial network of contacts built over these twenty years.

We operate in Argentina, with activities focused in Rosario and the surrounding region.

Mining, Oil and Gas: Our broad technical-industrial knowledge has also led us to work on challenging recruitment processes for Mining, Petroleum and Gas projects located in Jujuy, Salta, Catamarca, San Juan, Mendoza, Neuquén, Río Negro and Chubut.
