APERHU - Asociación Peruana de Recursos Humanos is a partnership operating in the human resources industry. We were founded in 1961 and are headquartered in Lima, Peru.

Our mission is to promote good practices of human resources management to develop and empower the talent of people and add value to the business community. We aim to be the reference in Peru for the debate of ideas and the generation of initiatives and proposals for professional development in the field of people management, fostering networks of exchange at national and international levels.

We deliver our services by organizing and facilitating events and activities that connect HR professionals and organizations, supporting the development of the field through structured programs and opportunities for learning and collaboration.

Our specialties include seminars, forums, professional breakfasts, trainings, talks, and congresses.

We operate in Peru.

We are a partnership with more than 50 years in service to the HR community, and we have international backing from the World Federation of People Management Associations and the Inter-American Federation of Human Resources Management Associations.
