Assistans i Balans, we are a privately held organization operating in the staffing and recruiting industry. We were founded in 2010 and are headquartered in Solna, Sweden.

We are an assistance provider whose vision is to liberate life energy, that is, to make space for life. To realize this vision we have engaged some of the country's advisors within personal assistance, and many personal assistants. When the assistance is fully tailored to you as the user, in the way you truly want it, while you as a personal assistant work with dedication and warmth, genuinely and generously, that is, when assistance is in balance, we liberate life force.
