ATERIMA is a privately held organization operating in the staffing and recruiting industry. We were founded in 2011 and are headquartered in Kraków, Poland.

We are a Polish external employment agency with headquarters in Kraków. We operate through a network of regional offices located across Poland, with offices in Warsaw, Wrocław, Katowice, Łódź, Gdańsk, Szczecin, Opole, Mielec and Rzeszów.

We develop flexible solutions for managing external staffing processes for employers. By applying compliant formal-legal solutions, we help employers effectively reduce the total costs associated with employing workers. We take on payroll and HR administration, official formalities, and the risk of their non-compliance. Understanding the labor market, we create proprietary IT solutions that help our clients achieve their goals.

We recruit professionally. We reach out to competent specialists who are active on the job market, helping to employ individuals with verified skills and references. Our specialties include external staffing process management, employee recruitment, and employment agency services.
