We are Audit Advice Associates Ltd., a privately held consultancy operating in the Human Resources industry, and we are headquartered in Sofia, Bulgaria.

We provide independent expert assessment of the Human Resources function, evaluating its efficiency in achieving company strategy and performance against goals and business results. We believe each company is unique in terms of its business strategy, goals and methods for achieving them. Applying "best practices" is not always appropriate and/or effective for every company. Instead, we require invested efforts, recognized and goal-oriented, consistent with the whole Human Resources Management architecture that represents a set of all HR functions, systems and staff behaviors derived from them.

We carry out independent and expert evaluation of the HR Management architecture that pursues the business performance of the company by its own criteria, measurements and measures.
