We are Aurora Recruiters, a privately held recruitment company operating in the staffing and human resources industry. We were founded in 2019 and are headquartered in Kohuwela, Sri Lanka.

We view sourcing as a primary capability because finding the right fit for a role and for an organization’s culture is an art. Not all recruiters have sourcing expertise, and we recognize this. As part of our expert services, we provide sourcing services to our existing clientele as a value-added service for a nominal fee. Eighty percent of our business is from existing clients, and we have a success rate of over fifty percent in our target sourcing journey.
