Autika ApS is a public company operating in the staffing and recruiting industry, and we were founded in 2013 and are headquartered in Frederiksberg, Denmark.

We work with well-qualified people with autism and related challenges, a group that is currently an untapped resource in Danish society. Our aim is to make their valuable competencies visible and to get them into the labor market. We are a consulting firm, and we offer competence clarification, internships and advisory services for citizens and individuals within IT and IT-administrative tasks. We use PTP/PTL analysis tools tailored to business life, and we are certified in the use of these well-documented tools, which reveal a range of traits and abilities, including mathematical and logical intelligence. We also provide advisory services to companies regarding internships and the hiring of persons with autism.

We deliver our services through structured processes that support competence clarification, internships and advisory work.
