Balkan Manpower International is a public company operating in the staffing and recruiting industry. We were founded in 2015 and are headquartered in Kumanovo, North Macedonia. We are a licensed recruitment agency operating under License no. 08-3522/7 by the Ministry of Labor of the Republic of North Macedonia.

We deliver recruitment and staffing solutions, specializing in high-risk markets. We maintain a large database of LOGCAP-experienced candidates from Eastern Europe and India, Kenya, Nepal, Philippines, and highly qualified Chinese oil and gas engineers. With our experience providing efficient and effective staffing for precisely focused requirements, we offer global reach with local delivery. Direct recruitment through global offices avoids recruitment fees and helps ensure only top talent is selected, while ensuring workers are not exploited. We have international presence and capabilities for a global workforce solution. Since 2016, we have delivered complicated, large-scale staffing projects.

We directly operate manpower projects worldwide for clients, including NATO, UK MOD and UNSOS. We rely on our skills, infrastructure, network, and knowledge to implement solutions in the challenging environments in which we do business daily. We understand the importance of qualified and ethically recruited manpower, deployed and managed in compliance with the law, policies, and strict project schedules and programs.

We provide complete workforce solutions across the Middle East and Africa, including managing substantial workforces in Afghanistan, Kuwait, Somalia, and Iraq. Our operations also extend to North Macedonia, India, Kenya, Nepal, the Philippines, China, and other regions where we source candidates and engage with hiring organizations.
