We are BID Group LLC, a privately held staffing and recruitment company operating in the staffing and human resources industry. We were founded in 2015 and are headquartered in Moscow, Russia.

We operate in the markets of leasing, outstaffing, and outsourcing of personnel. Our clients include large trading and manufacturing holdings from various industries, such as Miratorg Agroholding, STS-Logistics, FM-Logistics, Faberlic, Baltika, Shatura, Dmitrov Vegetables Agroholding, and many others. One of our main achievements in the past year has been building strong partnerships with representatives of small and medium-sized businesses. The advantages of leasing and outsourcing schemes include reducing administrative costs and enabling tasks to be completed efficiently without expanding our workforce. We support these approaches with a special methodology for training and selecting personnel, as well as a dedicated system for organizing and controlling the delivery of services.

All work is performed under dual control—by a manager and a foreman. The manager engages directly with the customer to provide strategic project support, while the foreman is responsible for the efficient organization of the labor process on site.
