We are Black Opal, a privately held staffing and recruitment consulting company operating in the staffing and recruiting industry. We were founded in 2022 and are headquartered in Mohali, India.

We do only a couple of things, but we do them well: technology staffing and leadership hiring. We are an international staffing and recruitment consulting company, focused primarily on helping mid-sized and large companies achieve their goals through finding hi-flyers who don't just fit the job, but also become a smug-fit into their whole cultural DNA. We put the human in the resource, where technology, tools, processes, and benchmarks then become a consequence of the existence of that human within your landscape. Our endeavor is to help companies make this world a better place, through bringing on board their most valuable asset - their people.

We prioritize providing tech hi-fliers on a contract staffing model.
