Borderless Executive Search is a privately held staffing and recruiting company operating in the staffing and recruiting industry. We were founded in 2000 and are headquartered in Brussels, Belgium.

We work with clients in life sciences, across the chemicals value chain and food processing sectors to search globally for executive talent. We have developed an extensive global network, enabling us to identify and source talented international executives for these sectors, no matter where they are located.

We have placed 1,200 executives who contribute to the success of our clients. While we are proud of the positions these executives have attained in their industries, we must also ask ourselves what more can we do to boost the lives of the several thousands of people touched by our conversations each year. We specialize in executive coaching, leadership consulting, and board roles for women. We provide staffing for new organizations and international executive search across chemicals, life science, and food and drink. We address diversity and inclusion, converting, onboarding, and due diligence, alongside recruitment and job search, and support board member and non-executive placements, biotechnology, medical devices, pharmaceuticals, and private equity contexts.
