We are Bright Jobs, Unipessoal, a self-owned company operating in the staffing and recruiting industry. We were founded in 2017 and are headquartered in Lisboa, Portugal.

We are a Portuguese recruitment company specializing in the information technology sector, and our value proposition is the personalized support we provide to candidates. In our work, we place transparency and respect for people above other objectives. We seek to understand what candidates look for in their professional lives so that, with our experience in the field, we can present job offers that match their preferences. We continue to support candidates, whether with more information about the offers or about the market, helping them to have a better perception of the offer in question, the salary levels, and the environment and working style of the client. Subsequently, with our support, the candidate will choose the offer to which they apply, without the process becoming overly administrative, slow, and with steps that often do not add value to the candidacy and to its success.

During the period of our collaborators with our clients, we accompany them, staying attentive to problems that arise and that require our support for resolution, acting as a bridge between our collaborators and our clients and, in a transparent and cooperative way, aiming to foster a good relationship between both and a decisive success in the activity involved.

We provide, whenever the client allows, the possibility for our collaborator to become part of the client company after one year of activity with the client, at no additional cost to either the client or the candidate.
