We are ByV Consultores S.R.L, a privately held organization operating in the Human Resources industry. We were founded in 2009 and are headquartered in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic.

Our mission is to provide, through subcontracting, the suitable personnel as the main driver of our clients' operations, supporting them in achieving goals and cost savings across all productive areas, while also supporting the placement and job satisfaction of our candidates and collaborators.

We offer HR solutions such as recruitment and selection, consulting, training and development, workplace climate, Assessment Center, Team Building, and analysis and design of job manuals. We provide electromecanic workshop services for motors and industrial parts; industrial coatings; personnel for logistic services and general services; conventional, specialized and post-construction cleaning services; assembly and disassembly of electrical plants and concrete mixers; specialized cleaning of cargo trucks and unloading of pots.
