CAIPITAL GROUP, we are a partnership operating in the Staffing and Recruiting industry. We were founded in 2014 and are headquartered in Shanghai, China.

We transform the traditional, transactional, employer-driven, position-oriented human resource service into an innovative, strategic, talent-focused Human Asset Management model. We serve professional executives, entrepreneurs and institutional investors by providing entrepreneurial possibilities, creating wealth and adding strategic value. We operate via four lines of business: Human Capital Investment, Caipital Commune, Caipital Fund, and Caipital Academy. In Human Capital Investment, we help companies at critical development stages—startup, high growth or turnaround—build management and technical teams and leverage strategic resources, in return for long-term capital gain and/or a service fee. Caipital Commune identifies, attracts, engages and develops top talent and connects them with entrepreneurial or professional opportunities, via a technology-enabled social network. Caipital Fund commits to long-term client relationships by selectively investing or co-investing in them, with a dedicated investment fund. Caipital Academy provides a training and development platform for new entrepreneurs and professionals at their career turning points.
