We are Capitis Partners International, a self-owned recruitment company operating in the staffing and recruiting industry. We were founded in 2005 and are headquartered in Barcelona, Spain.

We provide permanent and contract technology recruitment services and work with more than 350 organisations across Banking & Financial Services, Telecoms, Energy & Utilities, Life Sciences and Not for Profit.

We work with our customers to define their needs by examining the business strategy and delivery requirements, then conduct a robust analysis of potential routes forward using established project management techniques and structured interviews with stakeholders. We then agree a bespoke recruiting plan targeting the right organisations for the blend of commercial experience as well as the necessary technical qualifications. The outcome is a requirement that meets the business's needs, along with an objective roadmap that will deliver against it. For contracting we offer access to our “Virtual Bench” of highly skilled contractors. This hourly updated resource lets us provide our clients with the right contractor, in the right place, at the right time.
