Career Days

We are Career Days, a privately held company operating in the staffing and human resources industry. We were founded in 1996 and are headquartered in Copenhagen, Denmark.

We facilitate a job fair concept in Denmark directed at graduates, attracting about 8,000 visitors each year and more than 130 participating companies. The event is held annually in week 10 across four university cities: Aalborg, Aarhus, Odense and Copenhagen. The majority of visitors are students who are about to finish their studies within a year or have recently graduated. Participating companies and graduates meet and network with each other.

We operate in four Danish cities and coordinate a platform where graduates and employers can meet and network with each other.

We focus on career opportunities, recruitment, career fairs and job fairs, recruitment of students, fairs in Denmark, employer branding, company branding, recruitment of new graduates, career choices, job choices, students, recruitment of young people, master’s degree students, real meetings matter, good expectation alignment, turnover reduction, credible recruitment, and networking.

We operate in Denmark with events in Aalborg, Aarhus, Odense and Copenhagen.

We enable participating companies and graduates to meet and network with each other.
