Career Factory; we are a self-owned staffing and recruiting company operating in the staffing and recruiting industry. We were founded in 1999 and are headquartered in Amstelveen, Netherlands.

We aim to help professionals develop themselves, both personally and professionally, and to find the roles where they can realize their ambitions. We invest in individuals and seek to understand their background, personality, and motivations so we can match them with a workplace that fits them, provides room to grow, and allows them to be themselves and make an impact.

We approach this work by learning about each candidate's background, personality, and motivations to understand what they need from a workplace. We then identify opportunities that fit, provide space to grow, and support ongoing development and impact.
