CFR China is a privately held organization operating in the human resources industry. We were founded in 2000 and are headquartered in Shanghai, China.

We are part of CFR Executive Search Group and have the expertise to assist in the search and selection of new staff. We have been active in recruitment in China since 2000, previously as part of Competence@ China.

We provide recruitment and search services in more than 30 countries, with a strong presence in Europe, Asia Pacific, the Americas and the Middle East. In China we have offices in Shanghai and Suzhou. We work with highly motivated professionals. We share the core values of professionalism and commitment to our clients and candidates. We assess candidates not only against functional and technical criteria but also for fit at the team and organization levels by measuring personality, values, attitude, motivation and potential.
