ChinAfrica StartSmart is a partnership operating in the staffing and recruiting industry. We were founded in 2012 and are headquartered in Cape Town, South Africa.

We work with education and training institutions licensed by the Ministry of Education of the People's Republic of China and specialize in placing English teachers in China. We offer a full end-to-end service that includes matching individuals to the correct learning institutions, obtaining a valid Chinese work (Z) visa, optional pre-employment training, and continued client support during placements in China.

We deliver our services through a structured approach that begins with identifying suitable placements, moves through visa support and training as requested, and extends to ongoing client support throughout the placement.
