Chrysalida - valor & personas is a self-owned organization operating in the human resources industry. We were founded in 2018 and are headquartered in Pamplona, Spain.

Our people analytics of value generation include RES, the Salary Efficiency Ratio; CLOE, the Value Generation Ratio; and CITIS, the Value Contributed Ratio. This innovative and agile methodology is proprietary. It is based on scientific research conducted and validated in 56 Navarra-based companies across sectors and draws on more than 40 years of expertise.
