CoachSI is an educational organization operating in the human resources industry. We are headquartered in Madrid, Spain.

We teach and learn pure coaching, focusing on its essence, practice, mastery, and continuous improvement. Coaching is at once a conversation, a method, a technique, a science, a way of communication, and a way of living. This combination makes it an art, and we live for this art. We teach in Spanish remotely for the Spanish-speaking world; whether you are in Spain, Argentina, Colombia, Mexico, Chile, Peru, Puerto Rico, Costa Rica, the Dominican Republic, Ecuador, Nicaragua, Panama, Paraguay, Uruguay, Venezuela, or the United States, you can attend our courses from home or your office. Our philosophy is the Socratic tradition: learning by teaching and teaching by learning in a practical way and through real-life experience. It is our vocation to learn from and teach with our students.

Coaching is not simply where a conversation occurs; it is the willingness of one or more people to enter a space of co-creation, exploration, and learning. We deliver our courses in Spanish remotely for the Spanish-speaking world, enabling participation from home or from your office. Our approach is practical and experiential, grounded in real-life contexts.

Our specialties include Training in Coaching, Training in Personal Development, School of Coaching, and Programs approved by the International Coach Federation (ICF).

We operate in Spain, Colombia, and the United States, with a presence in Madrid and Barcelona, Spain, and Bogotá, Colombia.
