We are Coneqt AS, a privately held company operating in the staffing and recruiting industry. We were founded in 2018 and are headquartered in Sandnes, Norway.

We are a specialized recruitment partner within technology, with particular strengths in IT, development, cybersecurity, embedded systems, and cloud-based solutions. We believe the best candidate is rarely actively seeking new opportunities. Therefore our professional and methodical focus is on finding and activating passive candidates—through direct search, personal dialogue, and technological understanding. Our role is not merely to fill positions, but to be a credible technology partner that matches the right skills with the right challenge.

We work closely with both growth companies and mature technology environments—from Norwegian scaleups to international actors—and deliver both single recruitments and embedded recruitment (internally dedicated recruitment teams at the client).
