Confidence Recruitment is a privately held recruitment company operating in the staffing and recruiting industry. We were founded in 2011 and are headquartered in Dion Valmont, Belgium.

We are a recruitment agency specialized in ICT profiles, created with the conviction that the human factor needs to be reinstated at the right level of importance in the recruitment processes. We believe that the success of a good selection for all parties is a long-term relationship based on confidence, mutual respect and transparency.

We fully understand our clients' activities and exact needs. We meet the line manager of the future candidate. We understand the corporate culture to ensure employers and candidates make a perfect match. We will only propose candidates that meet at least 95% of all these requirements. We meet every candidate before they meet their potential future employer.

We provide recruitment of ICT profiles, recruitment of sales and marketing profiles in the ICT sector, and HR consulting. We work on a no cure-no pay contract basis for ICT and other profiles.
