We are Cons tract, a public company operating in the staffing and recruiting industry. We were founded in 1999 and are headquartered in Brussels, Belgium.

We provide information technology (IT) staffing and solutions primarily in North America and Europe. Our services encompass the IT business solution life cycle, including phases for planning, developing, implementing, managing, and maintaining the IT solution. Our IT staffing services comprise recruiting, retaining, and managing IT talent for our clients, including both large organizations with multiple locations and high-volume IT requirements, and companies that need to augment their own staff on a flexible basis. Our IT solutions range from helping clients assess their business needs and identifying the IT solutions to meet these needs, to the delivery of services that comprise the selection and implementation of packaged software, as well as the design, construction, testing, and integration of new systems. We focus on vertical markets including technology service providers, healthcare, and financial services.

We deliver our services through a structured, client-focused approach that aligns IT staffing with specific business needs. We collaborate to recruit, retain, and manage IT talent and to provide flexible staffing options, while also delivering IT solutions that address assessment, solution identification, and implementation of software, as well as design, construction, testing, and integration of new systems.
