Consorzio Idea Agenzia per il Lavoro s.c.s. We are a nonprofit organization operating in the staffing and recruiting industry. We were founded in 2000 and are headquartered in Pinerolo, Italy.

We were established in November 2000 as a consortium of social cooperatives with the exclusive purpose of providing job matching services, and we obtained authorization from the Ministry of Labour in 2007 to perform work intermediation services.

We operate according to the principles contained in our Ethical Code and Disciplinary System, and we document our work processes transparently through the Service Charter. We also conform to the UNI EN ISO 9001:2015 standard for job mediation and the provision of training and orientation courses, and we maintain an organizational system under Legislative Decree 231/2001.

Our services include Employment Agency services. We provide consulting and partnership to companies, starting from an analysis of processes and context within the organization to develop tailored proposals and solutions that address real needs and aim for common, Win-Win objectives. For people seeking employment or career relocation, we develop professional profiles (competence balances or proximity balances) that highlight experiences, competencies and transferable soft skills.
