Creciendo en Grande, we are an educational organization operating in the Human Resources industry. We were founded in 2010 and are headquartered in San José, San José.

The Institute of Integral Development is passionately committed to improving the lives of thousands of people, helping them recognize their true inner strength, develop their potential, and live an extraordinary life. We firmly believe in the transformative process of changing our thoughts to create a wonderful reality, and we offer individual sessions, workshops, and group talks to support the process of each person. Our beginnings were based on the philosophy of Louise Hay, a great teacher for us who opened the doors to other authors such as Deepak Chopra, Wayne Dyer, Esther and Jerry Hicks and more. We have international alliances in Mexico with the same philosophy and great facilitators.
