CRESCITA (Career, Recruiting and Executive Search Italian Association) We are a nonprofit organization operating in the staffing and human resources industry. We were founded in 2012 and are headquartered in Brescia, Italy.

We were established in November 2012 as a national professional association for companies operating in the recruiting, head hunting, executive search and related recruitment processes listed in the online register of the Ministry of Labour in Section IV (RS). We also provide for the enrollment of allied members—individuals, companies, and public entities—who operate in areas closely related to career orientation, career counselling, and career coaching.

We operate as a membership-based organization that brings together member companies and allied entities, supporting activities in the fields of recruitment and careers. We maintain a framework for onboarding allied members and facilitating collaboration around topics related to professional orientation and related areas.

Our specialties include recruitment and selection, head hunting, human resources, recruiting, orientation, and competence assessment.

We operate in Italy.
