CSMedical is our privately held staffing and recruiting company operating in the staffing and recruiting industry. We were founded in 2024 and we are headquartered in Prague, Czech Republic.

We reverse traditional recruitment; we do not merely fill positions, we help doctors and other healthcare professionals find roles that match their skills and needs. Through our contacts we can create a completely new position, negotiate part-time engagements, or arrange work from home. We are with you at every step until the end or, perhaps, a new beginning.

We begin with a short call to understand your preferences. We search on your behalf and come back with concrete offers. You decide whether to proceed, and then you attend the interview.

We help you fill open positions. If you struggle to find colleagues who fit your company's culture, we will find them for you. We also maintain a partner Facebook group called Mezi lékaři to connect doctors, share experiences, discuss medical news, and support one another. If you wish to explore your options, we can arrange a call and discuss next steps.
