We are CVitt, a partnership operating in the Human Resources industry. We were founded in 2011 and are headquartered in Lisbon, Portugal.

Our mission is to create an online CV to manage the communication between companies and people virtually, in a dynamic, comprehensive, and standardized way. We enable the two protagonists of the working world—individuals and companies—to speak the same language and know each other intelligently, so that they can make intelligent decisions.

We analyze three dimensions and provide results based on more than twenty indicators of what is sought in the market: Talent—what you enjoy doing or what makes you feel fulfilled; Expectations—what you aspire to in your professional career; and Journey—what you have accomplished to date.

Our specialties include internal and external talent management, personal development, professional advancement, employability, and communication management.
