We, De Normaalste Zaak, are a nonprofit organization operating in the human resources industry. We were founded in 2012 and are headquartered in The Hague, Netherlands.

We are a growing network of employers who believe it is the normal thing that everyone who wants to work actually has the opportunity. We call this inclusive employment and we seek to make full use of the diversity and talents of people. Together we work on the core questions of labor participation and an inclusive labor market.
