DFI- Délégation aux fonctionnaires internationaux

We are DFI- Délégation aux fonctionnaires internationaux, a service of the Ministry of Europe and Foreign Affairs (MEAE) operating in the staffing and recruiting industry. We are headquartered in Paris, France.

We promote the presence of French personnel in international organizations. We monitor vacancies in international organizations (the United Nations, European institutions, OSCE, and others) and relay these opportunities. We inform and advise French candidates who have passed the initial selection steps. We coordinate French applications to electoral observation missions and to MEAE-funded youth programs (JEA, VNU, JPD). We are not an organization that recruits.

Our approach centers on information sharing and guidance. We monitor vacancies, relay opportunities to candidates, and provide personalized advice to those who have progressed through the first steps of selection. We coordinate candidatures to relevant missions and MEAE-supported programs.
