We are Diff | Werken in de techniek, a self-owned organization operating in the staffing and recruiting industry. We were founded in 2018 and are headquartered in Rotterdam, Netherlands.

Our starting point is the creation of the perfect match between technicians and employers for a healthy, stable and long-term working relationship. With our Rotterdam no-nonsense mentality, flexibility, and eye for the qualities of people and companies, we take the extra step to guarantee success. In our pursuit of the aforementioned 'perfect match', we firmly believe that there is a good workplace for every technician and that the right candidate can be found for every company.
