Din personalsjef is a privately held company operating in the human resources industry. We were founded in 2004 and are headquartered in Harestua, Norway.

We provide practical guidance on personnel matters, knowledge of the law, and assistance with tidying up when needed, while maintaining a focus on ensuring employees are treated with respect and dignity. We offer our services per hour, on a project basis, or under a fixed agreement, either as a sparring partner or as a practical implementer. We consider it a sound investment to bring in specialized expertise when routines and tools in the personnel area require quality assurance.
