Direct Sourcing Inc.

Direct Sourcing Inc. is a privately held recruitment company operating in the staffing and human resources industry. We were founded in 2015 and are headquartered in Tokyo, Japan.

Our purpose is to embed direct sourcing as a cultural practice in Japan.

We deliver our services by researching candidates on LinkedIn and other direct-sourcing media to match client needs and by sending outreach on behalf of our clients. We handle candidate persona discovery, outreach responses, data analysis, and strategic proposals as a partner, leading data-based recruitment. Our direct-sourcing data repository, ScouTalia, contains approximately 700,000 records as of March 2024. We employ professionals with hands-on experience and operate as a team so that candidate sourcing does not rely on a single sourcer.

Our services include direct sourcing service; recruitment branding service; recruitment consulting service; LinkedIn-based recruitment support services; LinkedIn training service; and support for platforms such as LinkedIn, Wantedly, Bizreach, and ATS, along with recruitment strategy planning.

We operate in Japan.
